Tiger balm yellow
Thai tiger balsam (or tiger ointment), “legend in a jar” is a local irritant based on herbal ingredients. The active ingredients are camphor, menthol, cajaput oil, peppermint oil and clove oil in certain proportions.
Yellow Tiger Balm has a pronounced warming effect and is used for rubbing muscles and joints. Yellow balm is somewhat softer, weaker than red Thai tiger balm.

Yellow tiger balm is used:
- with muscle pain of any origin (radiculitis, bruises, myalgia, pain associated with muscle strain);
- with massage to enhance the therapeutic effect, especially with osteochondrosis;
- with bruises, sprains, ligament ruptures;
- with headache;
- for colds, runny nose, for inhalation.
Mode of application:
Thai tiger balm is applied externally with a thin layer on painful areas and rubbed in 2-4 times a day. For osteochondrosis, it is recommended to use a yellow balm during the massage. For headache, apply a small amount of yellow tiger balm to the temples and back of the head. For colds, yellow balm is used as a rub for the chest; during a cold, it can be gently applied to the wings of the nose. Inhalation with the addition of yellow tiger ointment is possible.
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin.
