Method of cooking fried funchose with seafood:

• You will need 300 grams of shrimp or squid (absolutely any seafood can be used), as well as 100 grams of glass funchose noodles
• Soak funchose in cold water for a few minutes, then cut it into smaller pieces
• Add the contents of a bag to the noodles, mix well
• Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, put the noodles, put shrimp or squid on top.
• Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes
