Lobo Sour Vegetable Curry Paste
Ready seasoning for cooking delicious authentic Thai cuisine vegetable curry – soup with shrimp or fish, with a pleasant sourness, from the Thai spice and seasoning brand Lobo.
Authentic Thai Vegetable Curry Paste contains no flavor enhancer, colorings or preservatives.
Thai vegetable curry recipe:
- You will need 200 grams of fillets of any fish or shrimp, as well as vegetables: green beans, Chinese cabbage, daikon. Other vegetables can be used to taste
- Grind half the cooked fish or half the shrimp in a mortar with the contents of this curry paste bag
- Boil 480 ml of water, add the pata and shrimp mixture and, while stirring, bring the Thai soup to a boil
- Add leftover raw fish or the other half cooked shrimp and chopped fresh vegetables
- Bring to a boil and turn off
- Add fish sauce to cooked curry soup to taste
