Refund Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

– All orders are pre-order. Please allow 2-10 business days producing time before shipment.

– If the buyer ordered the item out of stock, we will suggest you to change it to analog product.

– The customer will receive the tracking number via Email or WhatsApp after we will send it. The buyer is responsible to follow up on the tracking status, if there is no update, directly contact your local delivery department before the due date. No refund if the shipping company returns or abandons your parcel when you are overdue.

– The expected arrival date does not include the time of factory producing, the shipment preparation, public holiday and customs clearance. Some countries may take a few months.

– Ensure the shipping address is correct in English, with a valid zip code. No refund for incorrect or missing details.

– All shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.

– Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If the buyer is overdue or refuses to pay in the destination country, the buyer will end up with no refund.

– All international shipments must pass customs clearance at the destination country. If there is an import restriction, the buyer should prepare the import license or document by yourself. DoctorThailand is not responsible to provide any documentation. For example, certain goods will not be authorized for importation into certain countries. In case, customs randomly checks and finds certain ingredients prohibited, they can return or destroy the item or request to provide certain certificates. The buyer is unable to request a refund because we have already sent the goods. So PLEASE CHECK YOUR CUSTOMS RULES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!

– A returned parcel can be blocked by Thai customs, so we cannot receive it back. No refund if the parcel is returned or abandoned.

– Disclaimer: Items may occasionally ship with alternate packaging. If the buyer receives the package of the item which is not exactly the same as the one you ordered, the buyer cannot request a refund. Because some manufacturers switch packaging or ingredients without notification, it may be waiting for an update on our website.

– Disclaimer: DoctorThailand.net is not responsible if the items are unable to be delivered / on-hold / delayed / damaged / lost. For any reason, due to the laws of destination / document requirement /  custom refusal / courier mistake / inaccurate shipping details etc.

REFUND POLICY

Simply we can do a refund only under these 3 situations:

1. Incomplete quantity received → partial refund: If you find some items are missing, most likely due to being out of stock, we would have a notification to your email. We would check with our shipping agent first to confirm the shipping weight and quantity when we shipped. Except for customs confiscation, we can refund the item’s unit price. All the shipping fee cannot be refunded because the parcel has been shipped. The amount would be reflected in your account in 14 days.

2. Item was damaged → partial refund: We take care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, the items delivered might get damaged in transit due to situations beyond our control. Please let us check your evidence first, and you will need to return the damaged item after our approval. We can refund the item’s unit price only once we receive your returned item. All the shipping fee cannot be refunded because the parcel has been shipped.

3. Incorrect items received → return and full refund: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and that the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you received items that are not the ones you expected, there are 2 possibilities: First, some manufacturers change packaging or ingredients without notice, it may be waiting for an update on our website, and you cannot claim a refund because of the alternative packaging. Second, if you received items that are totally different from what you ordered, please let us check your evidence first, and you will need to return the incorrect items after our approval. We will make a full refund once we receive your returned parcel and all the items must be unopened, unused, packed, and sealed in the same condition as received.

Change of mind / Ineffectiveness of the product is not accepted as a reason for a refund. Email us or Whatsapp first before you have any action!
