Description
The seeds of the most popular Thai vegetable – water spinach, or water morning glory, or moning glory (this is the English name).
Growing water spinach is somewhat similar to growing onions for greens – 30-40 days after sowing the seeds, you can harvest.
Water morning glory loves the sun and frequent watering. This is a very unpretentious plant of Southeast Asia, which often grows in the wild along the banks of rivers and streams.
The package contains about 50 seeds, 70% germination.
- A classic recipe with Moning Glory in Thai cuisine is called Pad Pak Bun, which is quick-fried water spinach in oyster sauce with a couple of chili peppers and a clove of garlic.
Made in Thailand.
